Yes! Delivery is included for locations within 25 miles of downtown El Dorado, KS. Events beyond that area may have an additional travel fee based on distance. Reach out with your location for a delivery quote.

Absolutely. Our simulators can accommodate indoor and outdoor events, provided there’s enough space. Send us your venue’s dimensions, and we’ll help determine the best setup.

Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled event.

Each rental includes delivery, setup, golf equipment, and an on-site attendant to help keep things running smoothly. Your guests just need to show up ready to play!

Please allow approximately 45 minutes before your event for setup and another 45 minutes afterward for breakdown.

We’ll work with you to find a solution, which may include relocating the simulator indoors, rescheduling your booking, or issuing a refund.

Guests can warm up on the virtual driving range, challenge each other to longest-drive or closest-to-the-pin contests, or enjoy a full 18-hole round. The screen can also be used to stream sports, movies, or TV shows when it’s time for a break.

Playing time varies with the number of golfers and pace of play. As a general guide, a group of four can expect an 18-hole round to take about three hours.
